The Arcom MAS16 Multiple Addressable Switch provides individual addressable on/off control to each of its 16 ports. Additionally, the MAS can be configured to switch up to 5 levels or tiers of service and can provide switchable return path filtering.
The main purpose of the MAS unit is to improve cash flow for the operator. This is achieved through significantly less truck rolls, quicker connects and disconnects, improved security, and better control of the drop and the subscriber.
