Trunk Line Filter
 There
are many tools that Cable Television operators use to fight
noise and ingress in the return path. Traditional filtering
approaches can include high pass filters, window filters, and
return step attenuators that are installed at the subscriber.
The Arcom Trunk Line Filters allow the operator to economically
expand on this strategy and filter entire areas of the network
with one device. The filters can be either AC line power passing
or power blocking. Typical applications for the TLF include
installing a high pass version TLF-50H-PP in sections of the
network where there are no data or return path customers, or
installation in front of an apartment complex or part of an
apartment complex where there are no two way subscribers.
